“It was a relief when I called and the dr. WAS accepting new patients and DID take my insurance. Now I get to go to a proper dentist and not just some downtown clinic. The safe is friendly and the front desk helps me to navigate my ever changing dental insurance benefits. I like to show respect by keeping my appts. and being on time. The office helps do that by sending me a reminder texts and a phone call prior to my scheduled visit.”

“I developed a dental fear as a young child. I have spent most of my adult life doing my best to avoid a trip to the dentist. When I could no long ignore my dental pain I was forced to start looking for a dentist. Luckily, I had a good friend in a similar situation that helped me in the right direction. She informed me about her wonderful dentist. I took her advice and made a new patient appointment at Olympic Dental with Dr. Roeh. I was instantly greeted by a friendly knowledgeable front staff. They could tell I was nervous and reassured me that I had found the right place. Although I am embarrassed by the state of my teeth I was not made to feel bad or guilty. They only praised me for having the courage to finally come in. Dr. Roeh is one of the sweetest most compassionate providers I have ever met. She listened to my concerns and addressed them in a way I could understand. Together the staff and doctor helped me to understand my needs, how to prioritize my treatment, and helped me come up with a plan to get my mouth healthy again. After years of being too afraid to step into a dental office I now look forward to my 6 month checkups. I am proud to recommend Olympic Dental to my friends and family.”
